Sourdough & Slow Fermentation
All the bread we bake is made using traditional methods of slow fermentation. From start to finish, it takes up to 40 hours to produce one bread. We use only natural ingredients, organic stone-milled flour and matured sourdough levain. This means the bread we produce is full of flavor WITHOUT the use of any artificial flour improvers, preservatives or emulsifiers.
